Die Reise war in grossen und ganzen in Ordnung. Die Fahrer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit in innerem des Buses war okay. Wir sind zufrieden. Man kann weiter empfehlen.

Toilet was closed the whole way because “it’s winter. It doesn’t work in winter”… while when we all waited for the passport control at the polish border the passengers of another company’s bus confirmed they had the toilet open and very well functioning the whole time while driving. I guess our drivers just didn’t want to bother opening the toilet, lying and all and all treating us like a herd of cows, not people. Very unfriendly and indifferent. Bad service. Sorry
