Eurovision expands its presence, bringing music, dance, and pure fun to Asia for the first time in 2026. One of the most iconic music contests in the world will feature Asian countries showcasing their talents and cultures worldwide. Here’s everything you need to know about Eurovision Asia 2026.

Eurovision Asia 2026 Date and Venue

The upcoming event will feature a single show, unlike the usual Eurovision format. The debut edition will take place on November 14, 2026, in Bangkok, Thailand. The results of the inaugural Eurovision Asia 2026 will be decided by juries and public voting (50/50).  

Bangkok was selected as the host city after a long development period of the international music competition. The event will be held at IdeaLive, a new venue in Bangkok with a capacity of 7,000.

Eurovision Asia 2026: Participating Countries

The list of participating countries was announced on March 31, 2026, with 10 countries confirmed. The participants and broadcasters are: 

• Bangladesh - NTV
• Bhutan - Bhutan Broadcasting Service (BBS)
• Cambodia - TV5 Cambodia
• Laos - Vientiane Capital Television (VTE9)
• Malaysia - Media Prima (TV3)
• Nepal - Himalaya TV
• Philippines - ABS-CBN
• South Korea - ENA (produced by PK Inc)
• Thailand (Host) - Channel 3
• Vietnam - Vietnam Television (VTV3)
