Hi, how can I rate a bus, which was two hours late and didn’t pick me up? I tried to contact LIKEBUS, but they didn’t answer. I even bought a ticket from them, but only received an email saying that I had paid, but never got a ticket. Than I bought a ticket from INFOBUS, which was smooth and professional, but if the driver just drive away without looking for passengers, then I can only call them UNLIKEBUS.

Călătoria mea de la Burgas la Constanța a fost super okay, chiar dacă am plecat cu ceva întârziere, am recuperat pe drum și am ajuns la destinație exact la ora indicată, 19.30.
Autocarul a fost destul de confortabil iar șoferii receptivi la solicitările clienților, per total un raport bun calitate - preț.

Please note that in the event of a voluntary return (for example, your plans have changed and you cannot use the trip), the ticket is returned according to the conditions of the carrier, which are written in your ticket.
In your case, there is such return policy: "less 12 h. before departure: ticket is non-refundable"
The return is not possible because there are less than 12 hours left before your departure.

Super fast and comfortable. That was my best trip from Bucharest to Odessa for 2 last year's.
Everything was good. Very nice driver !
The bus was late one and half hour without any informing us. Our seats were not to indicate us. Next time we will not use your campany again. Disappointed. Sorry.
