I appreciated the comfortable bus, the service person who was there to answer questions, snack and water at the border when we stopped for almost 6 hours. I think the service is really good, just the border crossing was too long which is not in control of bus company.

TROVATE UNA ALTRA COMPAGNIA!
Il peggior viaggio della mia vita! Già alla partenza il WC rotto, poche ore dopo si rompe anche il pulman! 5 ore ad aspettare che lo riparassero! E altre 5 ore ad aspettare un altro autobus! Invece di 26 ore di viaggio, per cattiva manutenzione e organizzazione, ho dovuto fare 42 ore di viaggio! Assolutamente sconsigliato!

The bus trip was nice - fast and comfortable. Especially I want to thank the stewardess for her excellent service - she announced the stops, offered water and drinks with snacks for free. Also she was so beautiful ;-)
