Die Busbesatzung war freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Bus war sehr bequem und hatte alles, was man während der Reise benötigt.
Auch die im Reiseverlauf angegebenen Zeiten für die Ankunft stimmten halbwegs.

The bus was extremely old, it is NOT suitable for any kind of trip, even short ones. There are 8 contact plugs for ~50 people. There is no working bathroom. This bus cannot be used for traveling. It should not be in the offer. This bus should be replaced with a newer one immediately. It’s not even safe and really unfit for any kind of traveling. It is not worth any positive amount of stars, rather negative stars. The driver was fine, very helpful and understanding.

Everything was dirty. Ukrainian people was drinking a vodka in the bus. Empty bottles, sandwiches on the floor. Driver talked with this people but he didn't tell them to stop this - maybe they are his friends? No air conditioning. Thanks God it was only 6 hours. Never again, disaster.
