The bus didn’t arrive, I had to wait more than 1 hour at the station while it was -6 degrees outside. NONE of the phone numbers on the ticket has answered, the bus driver was hanging up each time he could hear my voice. I tried to call them 17 times and NO ONE answered so I didn’t know what to do at all. I had to buy another ticket for another carrier and no one has still answered my requests or gave me my money back. This is the worst experience one could have, I do not recommend this carrier at all

A convenient carrier, however there is loud film or music all the time. 1-2hours delay seems frequent.

Bus was small, and there was not so much space between seats. On the other hand everything was clean, so trip was quite good.
