XENIA-TRAVEL

This trip was a complete disaster. I was scheduled to leave at 7:00 on July, 22nd at the address given in Chisinau. There was no bus there. The starting point had been changed without giving me any notice. I called the company and they sent someone over to pick me up and take me to the new pickup point. It was after 9:00 when we finally started. My ticket and the internet site I ordered it on, stated that the bus would arrive in Warsaw, Poland on 00:55 on the 23rd of July. This would get me to Warsaw 11 hours before I was to fly from Warsaw to Chicago, where I was going to attend my mother’s funeral. The bus was comfortable enough but as it came time that we should have been nearing Warsaw, I discovered we were nowhere near Warsaw, yet. When I asked when we would be arriving in Warsaw, I was given a time that was later than when my flight was leaving. There was no internet on the bus and I had no way to contact the airport to change my flight. I lost my money for the flight ($584) and I missed my family’s get together the day before the funeral. I would never have bought this ticket if I knew it would not have arrived on the 23rd instead of the 24th. The driver said the internet and my ticket had incorrect information and that I should not order off the internet because information does not get translated correctly. I told him that time and dates are the same in any language and that this was unacceptable. I had no choice but to continue on the trip, knowing that I might not make my own mother’s funeral. I think I should be reimbursed for the price of the trip and the money I lost on the flights.

Nice bus with tv and tablets at every pleace. Great staff and good atmosphere. Completely recomned this one.
