I request a refund of the amount paid, because the driver did not make the scheduled stop in Genoa, as indicated in your confirmation message this morning.
Your call center put us in contact with another driver to allow us to make the journey, and the journey started at 5.30pm instead of 11.30am as scheduled.
I've been asked to pay again by the new driver, so I did pay twice for the same journey.
For the inconvenience suffered, I requested immediate refund for the amount paid double times.
In order to get to the new pick up location I had to travel with my car more then 60km with fuel and highway costs, I would like to also ask 20% of discount from the price of the journey.

The WORST bus ever!!!! 30 years old!!! NO toilet!!!
г-н Сериков , автобус 2008 года выпуска завода MAN , вместо туалета там предусмотрена морозильная камера. Когда пассажир не пьет пиво , то они через каждые 4 часа выходят в туалет на технических остановках на автогрилях. Если ваш возраст не позволяет вам выдерживать 4 часа езды, то можно попросить водителей , они вам техническую остановку сделают по вашему желанию.
The bus travel was okay. It was everything verz well and I am happy about the travel. The busdriver was a very good man. When I try to understand the Stars below, so I understand that five stars clicking means very good and one very bad, so that I give five stars.

while booking your tickets you should give us сurrent telephone number. We have tried to call you, but there were no answer. By the way, we have lost a lot of time while waiting for the passenger and trying to call to her. So, we made stop in Genoa, but we couldn't wait for her because COVID-19.
