Sofia - Dresden: Despite of the long trip (23 hours) and all border checks we arrived at time. Unfortunately, one of our seats was not tiltable because the mechanism was broken. There have been several breaks, but not always in places with working toilets. Driver's announcements have been only in bulgarian language, so it was a bit difficult for us to understand them, but with the help of other passengers we got all information ;-) What we didn't like was the fact, that the drivers smoked frequently in the bus and sometimes made even phone calls while driving, holding a mobile phone in the hand. However, we arrived without accident ;-)

Smoking by the bus driver in the bus (one cigarette after the other) is really disgusting. I head a head ache and felt sick all the time

The bus stop in Budapest is not marked in any way. If you don't know where it is, it is very difficult to find and to be sure you are on the right spot. There is also no shelter in any way. I had to wait for a bus that was 1 hour late in the rain, wihout knowing if or when the bus was going to arrive.

Arriving time was 21:00 but we arrived 00:00.

Istanbul-Burgas. Arriving time was announced like 19:05, but real time was 22:45. Bad experience.

On the 28th 3 2024 I purchased a ticket and my connecting train delay for 7min. There was one contact number I saw on the app and I called the number many times but the number worked. I reached out to the customer support but no one could help me hence my bus left me and I was so stranded at Ammonstrasse very bad experience though.

Terrible.. worst bus trip even made. Was put on wrong bus in Sofia by one staff member, Somehow that was my fault to trust an employee! Bus was extremely hot. The heater by feet was burning hot. Asked driver for heat to be turned down. He practically ignored me..it got hotter..2nd bus was perfect. Was over two hours late when we arrived..Border crossing was not to be blamed for this delay.. would never use or recommend this bus company again. Suggestion send your staff on a customer service course!

I want to thank the older man, I don't know if he was a conductor or a driver, but he helped us a lot! He was lovely and kind! The service was excellent, the bus was comfortable.
