First bus was old (plugs and screens djd not work), but on time.
Second bus was a lot better (plugs, airco), only 1 hour late due to customs lines.

Lviv - Krakow. The bus was very late to Lviv, but there was bad surprise on the border. I've bought the tickets on Infobus portal, but there was passengers, that have booked tickets by telephone, so the tickets was more than places in the bus. And in the border drivers asked me to take place in other bus. I'm a kind person, so I wanted to help. But I didn't knew, that the bus will be worse and it was the fifth in the line after the first bus, I've traveling. It is + 2 - 2,5 hours! So my arrival time should be 11 PM and I was in Krakow at 3 AM!!! In 3 hours I should go to the work! Will never choose this carrier!

The drivers have mistaken their way TWICE in Poland. Twice we had to DRIVE BACKWARDS on a MOTORWAY because they apparently missed the exit. It happened in the evening when it was already dark. Because of that we were late additional half of an hour in Cracow.
Also, in Lviv the bus station informed us incorrectly from which platform the bus departures. We had to call the information number from our ticket to learn where we should stand.
