According to the information provided in the attachment, I purchased tickets for travel for a time slot that it turned out did not exist. As a result, we incurred not only financial losses, but also temporary and other losses (including health) related to the senseless 3-hour wait in the cold at the bus stop.

If your company takes this matter seriously, we also expect compensation for the losses incurred. We feel wronged and will make this matter public via social media otherwise.
Additionally, I do not understand why the contact number provided on the ticket:

it was only possible to communicate in either Russian or Ukrainian ??? What is more, after contacting the dispatcher, we received false information that the bus had left at the time stated on the ticket, i.e. at 11 o'clock. This is another scandal.
