The coach, driver, and Customer Service were professional . The announced schedule is not something reliable. INFOBUS should be very forward stating schedules are only estimated. I would leave a better review if the bus being late hadn’t destroyed my travel schedule

This specific experience was much better than all the previous ones.

Communication with the carrier was excellent, which I appreciated a lot. The drivers were a bit grumpy, but it’s understandable. The vehicle was spacious, lots of leg room - made it possible to recline the chair and cause no discomfort to the person sitting behind; was quite clean too.

It was so bad and hard trip. There is no people wearing mask and it was smelling too much alcohol it was my worst trip. For erasmus students do not choose this bus for going somewhere.

All ok, good bus, driver gently called me on mobile about his 20minutes delay.

Aweful bus, 7h in the border... next time i am taking a train
