The bus was very old, with NO TOILET, no TV and Wifi not working.
For a trio from Lviv to Warsaw, despite managing to cross the border in less than 2 hours, we arrived 1.5 hour late!!
This company is the shame of the passenger transportation industry and a shame of their own self.
Never again.
Next time, we will use Ecolines /Autolux: they are much more professional, on time and with fully equipped modern buses.

We took this bus from Ukraine to Poland . We were very worried but the bus came on time no problem and the company representative kept in touch on Viber the whole time. The bus inside was a bit old in comparison to the others we used in the past , toilet on the bus was out of order and the bus could have been cleaner too. However, The driver and his assistant were very professional and looked after all passengers the best they could. Thanks to them we made it on time to the airport despite 5h queues at the Polish boarder. We are very grateful.
