The service was awful. the RegioJet train which has to start the trip on 13 March at 08.20 from Przemyśl, Poland to Rzeszov Poland was broken. I have stayed in the train without the appropriate site, stayed in the compartment 1 with other 4 persons from 20.00 up to ~ 1.10 AM. No any information about the issues, expecting departure time, it was could, no electricity and weak heating. I was forced to go back to the railway station to buy a ticket to other train. Nobody at the Przemyśl railway station was NOT able to guide or to support. I took a train to Rzeszov at 04.20. I think this is unacceptable. I would like to hear what do you plan to anticipate a such situation or in case if it happed how would the services will be of better quality aligned to the passengers needs. In addition, I would like to claim the amount payed for the services I did NOT received.
