I made a reservation for 10:00 but the bus didn't appear. So I used another bus. At 11:00 someone called me if I'd join them. Either the bus was extremely late or something else went wrong :-(
Everything went exactly as expected. The bus is a large van and despite the narrow seats, the travel was OK. Presence of seat belts was a good surprise. The bus started the journey on time and arrived as planned.

Due to traffic jams, repair works, poor weather conditions, delays because of the border control, unpredictable vehicle malfunction, there may be deviations of the bus shedule. Such cases are the result of irressistable obstacles and the carrier cannot influence it.
Also please pay attention to the fact that in such cases the carrier is not responsible for a passenger’s delay for the transfer that is not organized by the same carrier. Your ticket contains the phone numbers that you can call if you do not see the bus.
