The boarding station name in Lviv is totally unclear, which is very worrisome. Very few English speaking staff made Innternational Traveller feeling helpless. The bus does not have an onboard toilet with this 7-hour long drive. The bus left the starting station about 8 minutes earlier, made me wondering if anyone missed their ride? Otherwise, price was very competitive and service was OK.

Terrible!!! Seats uncomfortable, drivers smoking, no ventilation, drivers make stops without schedulers, late for 2 hrs., drivers take passengers without tickets for cash.

Despite a bit uncomfy chairs, the ride went super smooth. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company for their professional service!

The drivers were nice. They precisely estimated the arrival time so that I would purchase a ticket for the next bus and arrive on time.

We were in Kamienets-Podilski bus Station since 20 minutes before the departure. We were waiting for more than 1 hour and bought another ticket to Chernivtsi on the Station.
