The bus is very old but it took us to where we were going safely. The driver is friendly and nice to the passengers. The drive was smooth as well. I do hope they upgrade their buses because there's a lot of passengers. The bus station in St. Petersburg is also very old and the queue for the toilets are very long because there's not enough cubicles. I do hope St. Petersburg also upgrades their bus station. We also paid for our 2 luggages for RUB 100.

Old Dirty blue bus, bus very old and a smell inside, no wifi, No english, very uncomfortable, we booked online for Infobus and did not get a Yellow bus and Had to pay 150 p again to driver for our 1 luggage, which was included on our online ticket. dirty mop and broom is right at your feet at seat no 4. the yellow bus from Moscow to St. petersburg was nice and driver beter.

It was fair. Better than my route from Moscow to Veliky Novgorod. The driver is more nice and kind. He tried to speak in English to let us know that we have to pay for our bags and when the bus stop for 10 minutes.

We were very pleased with the service. Our bus from Saint Petersburg to Novgorod on Friday the 05.01.18 at 9:15 was delayed because of us. We, in fact arrived to the Novgorod minibus stop 40 min before our departure due at 9:15 am. Being foreigners, without any one who could speak English we were waiting on the wrong place, by not knowing that our bus stop was somehow 150 mts away in the main road. Fortunately the bus Company assistant rang us about 9:30am and a Russian young man who spoke some English, understood our situation and spoke to the assistance in the phone telling her about the mishappen, and he most kindly took us to our driver, who cordially received us. We were very lucky indeed and thank very much the good management of this bus company, the driver and of course the young angel man who helped us.
