All was fine - in time , professional manner!!!

Good afternoon. Yesterday I used the services of Deutsche Bahn on the Prague-Dresden route, we arrived in Dresden perfectly, a clean bus, soft comfortable seats.

But unfortunately we couldn’t use the return ticket, because the stop address that was indicated on the ticket turned out to be erroneous, as a result, we arrived at the stop on 30 minutes before departure and the bus didn't come, on the RadioJet39's website, we were surprised that there is an announcement about the change of stop !!! But why wasn't this mentioned on the ticket or in the email?

I had to buy new tickets!
