negative experience. The bus driver was making a telephone call for over half an hour. He was speaking very loud himself and we heard the other person talking over the speakers.

Though the bus arrived on time, it was very very late. The website says two hours of travel time from Lille to Paris, it took slightly more than three hours. Poor service. I would not suggest anyone to believe on what they say on website.
