The bus was on time. The outward journey from Riga to Siauliai was in a nice large comfortable coach with plenty of luggage space. But the return journey to Riga was in a small uncomfortable coach with very little space for luggage. Since the bus serves the airport, you should expect passengers to have big bags.

There was no wifi, even though it was saying it existed, the bus was really small, the driver was crazy, he didn't respect the roadmarks, by surpassing the other cars with continuos line. Thus, it was raining, which made it even more dangerous. Awful experience, the only positive thing was the fact that the bus departed and arrived in time.
