It was no BUS ensured (Prague-Ruse) for the traveling (no information was provided about such a situation). I was really unpleasently surprised and i would not recomend this company for traveling.

The bus itself was great. It was 3 hours late getting to Bucharest but once we got going, all was well. Border crossing was super slow but not fault of OMEGA bus.

A very nice carrier, friendly staff and relatively fast trip. The only trouble was that the bus was stuck at the border longer than usual because of an accident with one passenger. The border makes the route time unpredictable. I can't take the same way back because of the possible border delay (if I have a flight with a tight timing).
