This service is BY FAR the worst service I have ever experienced. I booked my bus a few days prior and was sent the confirmation and exact location of the bus stop. I was there half an hour before departure and waited half an hour after departure and the bus never showed up. I called the company and they were extremely unhelpful and said they couldn't do anything about the bus not turning up. They also didn't refund me the price of the ticket back.
As I single girl, waiting for a bus to come at 23:00 at night with nobody around I felt very scared when it doesn't show up not knowing what to do.
Do not book with this service!!!
