The bus staff was very nice, but the departure address was wrong. The address provided on the ticket was a bus stop 3.5 km from the airport and Googlemap showed it was permanently closed. This bothered me for a long time, but in fact you can find this bus by waiting on the left side of the airport parking lot. I think you need to update the address.
It was plus 3 outside and the heating didn't work. But when we crossed the border it appeared that it actually was not out of order, but for some reason was not turned on.
