The booking is automatically cancelled when its term ended and/or the ticket wasn´t paid.
After the payment the letter with a link to your order is automatically sent to your e-mail. Following the link you can view your order. In your order press the red button “Cancel the order”, then the window with the refund sum and the sum to be retained will be open. You can delete the whole order or certain tickets only.

You can also go to your order through your personal account or use a link on the website “My ticket” indicating the ticket number and the security code.

If you can´t find the order, you can send us an e-mail with the ticket number and the request for the refund.
Tickets of the Ukrzaliznytsia can be cancelled only in booking offices at the railway stations in Ukraine.

The Russian Railways tickets can be cancelled in the same way as the bus tickets (from the link on your e-mail, in your personal account, through the link “My ticket” on the website) or addressing our Call Centre.
Those tickets can be cancelled only through addressing our Call Centre.
If we get the information from the carrier that the route is cancelled, we immediately contact the passengers, inform them about the route cancellation and offer some alternative options. If offered options do not suit you, we will return the full amount of the ticket.
