The booking is automatically cancelled when the term of it is over and it is not paid.
After the payment the letter with the link for your order is automatically sent to your e-mail. Following the link you can see your order. In your order press the red button “Cancel the order”, there will be the window with the sum to be returned and the sum to be retained. You can delete the whole order or some certain tickets.

You can also go to your order through your personal account or use a link on the website “My ticket”, indicating the ticket number and the security code.

If you cannot find the order, you can send us an e-mail with the ticket number and with the request for the refund.
Tickets of the Ukrzaliznytsia can be returned only in booking offices of the railway stations in Ukraine.

Tickets of the Russian Railways you can return like a bus ticket (from the link on your e-mail, in your personal account, through the link “My ticket” on the website) or address our Call Centre.
These tickets can be returned only through addressing our Call Centre.
If we get the information from the carrier that the route is cancelled, we immediately contact the passenger, inform about the route cancellation and offer some alternative varints. If these variants do not suit you, we return the full amount of the ticket.
