  • for some routes PDF-tickets may be sent separately in 10 - 20 min after the payment, due to registration by company dispatchers.
  • If there is no ticket after that time, please contact our Call Centre.

There are several reasons why the payment is unsuccessful:
  • not enough money;
  • a limit on the card;
  • the online payment service is not activated;
  • international payment service is not activated;
  • copy the link for the payment and try to pay via another browser;
To avoid problems we recommend you to address your bank. Then try to pay once more.
You can pay in cash:
  • by a bank transfer on the accounts listed in the e-mail sent to you after booking;
  • in those bank departments where theCONTACT system is installed;
  • in our offices in Ukraine (in Lviv) and the Czech Republic (in Prague);
  • via self-service terminals in Ukraine (PrivatBank, E-Pay) and in the Czech Republic (EuroPay);
There is a possibility to buy a ticket in the departure day if there is a free seat in the bus/coach. In winter and summer seasons there is an increasing demand for tickets, so we recommend to buy tickets in advance.
Unfortunately, you can´t pay the online booking to a driver or in booking offices because we run on a system of preliminary online ticket sales. You can pay via credit cards on our website, in the CONTACT system departments, by a bank transfer to our account, at self-service terminals or in our offices in Ukraine (in Lviv) and the Czech Republic (in Prague).
