General information about the transportation of luggage by bus

Winter is a great time to travel. Why not plan a vacation to the mountains, go to visit for the weekend or walk around the outskirts of a European city with friends. Usually we take everything we need on the road and even more. What to do when you need to take a snowboard, a baby carriage or, say, a pet? 

INFOBUS took care of your comfort and prepared general information about luggage transportation in the bus:

• The weight of overall luggage is on average from 20 to 40 kg free of charge;
• Weight of hand luggage 5-10 kg;
• Usually animals are allowed on the flight, however, not every carrier agrees to this.Transportation of pets can be free/paid, the furry friend must be in a special box with all the necessary documents and vaccinations;
• Bicycles may be subject to payment as additional baggage or placed free of charge in the luggage compartment. Transportation of electric bicycles is most often prohibited;
• Transportation of baby strollers (1 pc.) in folded form is free of charge;
• Snowboards and other sports equipment are transported in special cases and can be placed in hand luggage.

In the conditions of war and blackout, the number of questions from our users has increased: "Can I transport a generator/heater by bus?", "I need to transport a batch of humanitarian aid from Europe to Ukraine" or even "I want to buy winter tires and transport them to another city?". How we understand you! 

We inform you that unfortunately most carriers refuse to take large loads. But in fact, everything is individual and depends on the specific carrier! Baggage allowance can be viewed in the "Flight details" for the flight you are interested in, also this information is indicated in the already purchased ticket.
