Bonuses are a virtual currency on the INFOBUS website that is accumulated when paying for orders. You can use the accumulated bonuses to pay for tickets for future trips. So, 100 bonus points = 1 euro. Sometimes this allows you to reduce the cost of a ticket by up to 50%, regardless of the type of transport!

What is a bonus card and how to get it?

The INFOBUS bonus card is a virtual card that accumulates bonuses. To receive a bonus card, you need to register on the INFOBUS website or in the INFOBUS IOS | Android mobile application, and then the card will automatically appear in your personal account. You will need it for further accumulation of bonuses for each purchased and used ticket.

And now the most important thing - what are the bonuses in INFOBUS?

After you register, your card is linked to your profile. When placing an order, the bonus card number will be automatically entered. After paying for the reservation, you will receive bonus points on your card that you can use as a discount for future orders. 

Below is a list of bonus programs that will always come in handy: 

• 100 bonus points for registration. By registering on the INFOBUS website or mobile app, you will automatically receive 100 bonus points that are credited to your bonus card;
• Bonuses for reviews. You have the opportunity to receive 200 bonuses for each review if you leave a review about INFOBUS on one of the resources - the INFOBUS website or mobile application. 
• Compensation for transfers. In case the carrier "hides" the transfer, INFOBUS compensates with bonuses up to 10% of the ticket price;
• Compensation for different ticket prices. If you find a ticket cheaper than on the INFOBUS website, the company will refund you the difference, which is converted into euros (100 bonus points = 1 euro). However, keep in mind that the amount is not fixed, as it depends on how much the ticket price differs from the other one; you can find more information about compensation here;
• Compensation for non-compliance with the declared services. In case you were provided with improper service during the trip, which did not correspond to the declared services, or other situations that caused discomfort, INFOBUS provides compensation up to 5% of the ticket price, which is credited to the bonus card;
• Bonuses for recommendations. If you leave a useful comment on one of the INFOBUS communication channels that will contribute to the development of the company, you can get up to 1000 bonus points; 
• INFOBUS bloggers. INFOBUS can refund up to 100% of the ticket price in the form of bonuses for those who travel with INFOBUS, shoot unique content and follow @infobus.en on social media. Read more about it here;
• INFOBUS cashback. You can get a cashback of up to 100% of the ticket price, and you just need to buy a ticket in the INFOBUS mobile application. Follow it on social networks, so as not to miss this opportunity; 
• Ticket bonuses. For each ticket purchased on the website or in the INFOBUS mobile application, you are guaranteed to receive up to 2.5% of the ticket price as bonuses to your bonus card/

How to use INFOBUS bonuses:  

First, you need to log in. If you want to use your bonus points to purchase a ticket, just check the "Redeem bonus points" box during the checkout process. The ticket price will be automatically recalculated taking into account the bonuses that will be deducted from your card. 

If you need to return a ticket in case of a sudden change of plans, the amount of deducted bonuses for this ticket will be automatically returned to your bonus card. Bonuses do not expire and can be reused during the next booking.

If you do not know or have forgotten your bonus card number, you can find it on the website www.infobus.eu, in the "My Tickets" section. Also, when you register on the website, you will receive an email with your bonus account number.
