We left 30 minutes before the scheduled time because everybody was there and the van was full. That also means that we were in Yerevan 30 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. The first chance for a toilette break was at the border (around 2 hours after departure) and then one more stop between the border and Yerevan. There is an ATM right at the border check as well as a money exchange in a supermarket a bit after the border. So you'd have to ask the driver to stop there if you want to use it. The van was new and clean. Since the driver had his window open it was rather cold inside so bring a jumper.

All fives from me, the price was fine and the bus arrived almost on time in spite of bad weather. There was tea and coffee served during the journey, too.
Starting with the positive pints first, the bus was comfortable & we arrived on time. However, the driving style was horrible. The driver has smoked in the bus and has been using his mobile phone several times while driving. The bus driver was often busy with other stuff instead of focusing on the traffic. Never seen anything like this before. Glad that we arrived without any accidents.

The bus, timings and seats were great!
But the driver was too loud. The music was playing loudly at night and he was talking to someone on the phone on speaker.

Last five seats in the bus are not adjustable which was a pain
