Horrible experience, 3 hours delay

The drivers were rude, unorganised and not professional. Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, coach drivers need to register in a special system to be able to leave to country while being on the route. When we arrived to Ukrainian boarder, it appeared that drivers were not registered so the border control forces couldn’t let us out. We had to wait 2hours for drivers to can this sorted with their office (they couldn’t get hold of anyone).
It seemed like it was first time driving this route for one of the drivers as he was taking wrong turns and we had to come back.
On top of that the drivers were rude. Avoid this company

Driver on this occasion was unhelpful, rude and did not look professional. Border crossing is nightmare that lasted > 9 hrs. Would be helpful if company could make customers aware of border issues. Avoid at all cost, take a train if possible.
