Bus was not standing on the right platform and it was not easy to find it. The bus drivers were lacking of elementary manners, and were annoted when asked for help. During the travel, there were a lot of short stops ( when personel and bus driver needed it), but it the same time passegers where rushed, and it was not even possible to buy a bottle of water. No one speaks english/polish/italian or other than ukrainian language.
