Thank you for taking the issue of videocalling serously. I don't mind if he would just did a normal call. But the videocall distracted him because he looked on the scream from time to time. I am sensitive to reckless driving in Georgia, because a few yeats ago between Kazbegi and Tiblisi I could have list my life or be heavily injured because of reckless ans dangerous driving. But because the drive of the private car reacted very well and there was probably sitting a guarding angel on the backseat of the car.

Sadly, often first something has to happen (par example an accident) before something is changing. I hope not in this case. I also know, that georgian bus drivers can drive safely.

From Kutaisi Airport to Batumi the minibus driver was such a kind person and drove so well. I thanked him and gave him a swiss choclate, which I brought with me from Switzerland.

Thank you for your comment. Bus has pre defined schedule and pick up points, it is not private charter nor point to point shuttle service. 40 minutes delay is due to traffic. Regarding rudeness, we will investigate, however usually it is just language or cultural barrier. Thank you for understanding.
