Passenger accident insurance during transportation has been provided by the JOINT STOCK COMPANY “INSURANCE COMPANY BBS INSURANCE”, located at 3 Biloruska Street, Kyiv, Ukraine, 04050, phone: 0-800-500-123; Insurance contract No. 001-0007944 /032DNVT dated March 11, 2025. The insured amount for the risk associated with harm to the life and health of passengers and their luggage is determined individually by the insurance company.
1 baggage (50x40x80) up to 20 kg and 1 hand luggage up to 10 kg - free of charge. If the baggage is larger than 50x40x80 cm and weighs more than 20 kg, such baggage can be taken only if there are free seats in the luggage compartment and for an additional fee of 250 UAH. The driver determines the available seat when boarding passengers. The carrier may refuse to transport additional baggage, as well as baggage whose contents are suspicious or may contaminate the baggage of other passengers.
