On August 9, 2024, I took a bus from Dubrovnik to Budva. The boarding area was extremely crowded, but there were no helpful announcements from the bus company or the driver, which made many passengers confused. Also, the ticket I had purchased in advance included a seat number, but there were no corresponding seat numbers inside the bus, making it irrelevant. Additionally, I was required to pay €2 for luggage storage on the bus, which I do not recall being mentioned on the website. If it was mentioned, the notice was likely too small to notice. When the bus departed, there were no announcements from the driver, who left without a word.
The bus arrived at the destination two hours later than the scheduled time, yet there was no apology from the driver or any word. During the journey, there were no updates regarding the delay or the expected arrival time. The air conditioning inside the bus was excessively cold, so passengers needed to wear extra layers to stay warm.
This experience was the worst memory of my trip. I cannot recommend this bus company to anyone.

No "sorry for the delay" from the driver, but instead you have to pay 2€ additionally for your luggage, even for a small backpack! Because of the delay I almost missed my flight at Dubrovnik, and as the driver stopped at the airport to let 2 passengers out there, I intended to do the same and asked him politely to let me out, too. He forbid me to get out and yelled at me as if I were an idiot. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour and just a shame to treat friendly clients like that. Karma will get you, dear unfriendly driver! I'll never travel with this company again.
