Დამატებითი ინფორმაცია: Pets (up to 10kg) can be transported with the purchase of a ticket for the animal and prior agreement with the carrier.The carrier accepts payment for boarding only in local currency. The carrier refuses boarding to citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus. Border crossing is possible only with a valid biometric passport or a passport with a valid EU visa or residence permit! If the passenger does not have the documents (including passports with expired and extended passports), the carrier will refuse to provide the carriage service without refunding the ticket. Passenger insurance against transport accidents is provided by IC "GARDIAN", T.0800503114. Sum insured for damage caused to life and health per one passenger = 320 000,00 UAH, sum insured for damage caused to property (luggage) per one passenger = 8 000,00 UAH (different sum insured is agreed upon in different cases).
ბარგი: The ticket price includes the carriage of 1 piece of luggage weighing no more than 30kg and hand luggage up to 5kg with dimensions not exceeding 60×40×20cm. If the baggage exceeds any of these parameters, it is paid as additional baggage. The cost of carriage of an additional piece of baggage is 20% of the ticket price.
