Since 2004, Phuc Xuyen is one of most established intercity bus operators in Vietnam. What started as a regional carrier has grown into a network of over 100 vehicles, more than 300 staff, and a reputation built on consistent, no-frills reliability across Northern Vietnam's most-traveled routes.
Depending on the route, Phuc Xuyen runs different vehicle types suited to the journey. The Ha Long – Hanoi corridor is served by Limousine minibuses: compact, clean, and well-suited for the 3–4 hour ride. For the longer overnight stretch toward Sa Pa, the company operates premium sleeper coaches and cabin-style buses, designed to make the mountain road more bearable.
All vehicles are maintained to a clean standard, and drivers on the Phuc Xuyen roster average well over a decade of road experience, some clocking more than 20 years on these specific routes.
