"Service quality and client oriented" is a joke. The bus driver was very rude, and the client support line useless. When asked to settle a dispute between passengers he basically laughed, and was very rude to a senior passenger. The bus itself had seats very packed, with no space, and if a passenger in front of you stretches the chair horizontally you have no chance to move. This was probably the worst ride of my life, would not recommend it to another human being.

Positive drivers who are helpful, respond politely, and give directions. However, the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the entire trip.
