  • The driver was rude, and there was no Wi-Fi or onboard restroom, which made the long journey very uncomfortable. The bus was extremely cold throughout the trip. More seriously, the driver asked passengers to carry his cigarettes and vodka across the border, which appeared to be contraband. The bus made two separate stops specifically to drop off the cigarettes. In addition, the driver allowed individuals without valid tickets to board the bus at the border. The driver also did not speak Russian or Belarusian, which made communication difficult for many passengers during border procedures and safety-related situations. These actions raise serious safety, legal, and ethical concerns. The driver’s behavior was unprofessional and placed passengers at risk. I believe this warrants an official investigation and consideration of suspending the company’s operating license.

  • The bus departure was delayed by 150 minutes with no explanation. First we travelled on a small bus, then after an hour and a half the driver announced that we had to change to another bus. It was unexpected and very uncomfortable as I was with a baby.

  • The bus was OK, but no WIFI. Plus, a part from the long hours at the borders, the bus stopped with 3 additional stops without explanations to the passengers.

  • Last time I wanted to travel by bus from Brest (Belarus) to Warsaw. Here the bus driver denied me entry to the bus on the grounds that I am allowed to enter Poland only if I am a Polish citizen. I am an Austrian citizen. The bus driver were not able to speak English. Some people needed top help me to convience the Bus driver that I am allowed to enter Poland.
