  • Unfortunately, my trip with Eurolines turned into a very unpleasant experience. I was carrying an amount of cash that had to be declared. On the Belarusian side of the border, the declaration process was quick and straightforward. However, when I reached the Lithuanian border, I only then found out that, as of July, the declaration process had changed and must now be completed online instead of using the previous paper forms. I had no way of knowing about this change. There was no information on the carrier's website, nor did I receive any email or other notification informing passengers about this new requirement. Fortunately, one of the customs officers was incredibly kind and took the time to complete the online declaration for me based on the documents I had prepared. This process was long, even with the help of 2 customs officers; however, it was not extreme, maybe around 40-50 min in total. Despite this, the bus driver made it clear that the bus would not wait. The bus left without me, even though the issue was resolved shortly afterwards. As a result, I had to wait around three hours for the next bus (which itself was delayed) and pay an additional €30 to another driver who agreed to take me. What disappointed me the most was the driver's attitude. Rather than showing any understanding, I was simply told that "the bus won't wait for anyone," that I "should have thought about it earlier," and that "he had to work the next day." I find this approach completely lacking in professionalism, empathy, and basic respect for passengers. I sincerely hope Eurolines will do a better job of informing passengers about important border procedure changes in advance and place greater emphasis on customer service and the professionalism of its drivers. Experiences like this have a significant impact on how passengers perceive the company.

  • Comfortable seat with the place for legs which is a plus, sockets to charge the phone which is also good. However , the place for backpack was so small it was almost nowhere to put, but luckily at this bus was a special dedicated place for backpacks which saved the day. The internet was very slow and unstable but it was enough to keep being in touch with relatives. The bus delayed on the border and was late by an hour, so the ticket information is really not true e. g. Ticket said I will be at place at 22.10 but actually the time was ~01.30. Overall, the trip still was great and I enjoyed it

  • The driver was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have rarely encountered someone so impolite in a customer-facing role. Anyone working with the public should show courtesy, respect, and basic professionalism, but unfortunately none of these qualities were present. A truly disappointing experience

  • The seats are too small for tall people and they are too hard for such a long journey with all the waiting time like crossing the border and you are not allowed to leave the bus for a long time. and the ceiling in the bus is low so it is uncomfortable to stand. You claim you have wifi and it works, but it has no connection to the internet. What good is it then? And information is only in Russian, having been on most of the trips I've made in 4 years, no one understands English

  • The trip overall was fine. There was not enough space in the luggage compartment, though. Wi-Fi was not stable and unavailable at times.

  • Hello, We had a smooth journey until the Belarusian - Lithuanian borders. Due to extended border control both sides,we were close enough to miss our flight from Vilnius to Athens! Thanks to our driver's intervention the whole procedure completed and we managed to catch our flight! Thank you very much!
