I bought tickets from Lublin to Vilnius(07.11.25) and From Vilnius to Lublin (10.11.25). The ride from Vilnius to Lublin was decent, we were on time, not super long stops and checking on the border took maybe 15 minutes.
The ride from Lublin to Vilnius was delayed 2 hours! Without any information for passengers. Workers on the bus station didn't get any information about this delay as well. After trying to call the numbers on the ticket and choosing Polish language someone picked up and speak only Lithuanian. After trying to call back multiple passengers were told that phone calls are directed to the office that doesn't work in the night (bus was supposed to be there at 23:55).
Delays are understandable but lack of information about delay so long is inconsiderate. The bus station even inside isn't particularly warm and people with asthma or small children can be in trouble sitting there for 2 additional hours in cold

A double-decker bus, almost full, was standing and waiting while the drivers were being searched for smuggling. All the passengers were left standing out in the cold. Besides us, a very long line of other buses formed; they weren’t being let through either because our bus was sent for X-ray, and then some paperwork was drawn up for smuggling. There was no water or tea on the bus. The bus is old and dirty.
