On the day of departure I received a notification that the bus was delayed and would depart at 21:30. Based on this information, I arrived at the bus station at 21:15 and waited until 22:00.
The bus never arrived, and I did not receive any additional notifications regarding a change of departure time or departure location. Later I found out that the bus had apparently departed earlier than the time communicated to passengers.
I also tried to contact the carrier by phone (+37052335277), but was unable to reach anyone. I contacted support as well, but the issue was not resolved.
Passengers should receive accurate and timely information about schedule changes. If the departure time was changed again, passengers should have been informed. Due to the lack of communication, I missed my trip despite following the information provided by the carrier and arriving at the station before the announced departure time.
