Overall good trips, took the bus twice now, and were consistent both times. Extremely nice and polite elderly woman at reception in Istanbul the second time, makes you feel comfortable and welcome. It was a nice touch of her to wave good bye to the bus, even though she did not have to. Drivers were punctual (started right on time), polite and safe with driving. Served tea/coffee only once in Istanbul - still appreciated. Overall highly recommended.

We had a long and tiring journey but the service was good and we arrived exactly on time. I wish we hadn't stopped for 20 minutes at a cafeteria in the middle of the night when I wanted to sleep.

Traveled from Istanbul to Bucharest by this bus. It was a very nice journey. Seats were very comfortable and nice new and comfortable bus. Started on right time. No delays. Free chocolates, 2 time free small tea or coffee. Just one thing that was not any toilet inside bus but they stop bus 2-3 time in the way for washroom or food on different road side hotels or you can say small supermarket. Driver was very nice person. Also free wifi which I remember in last during typing this. So in the end 10 out of 10 from my view and 100 % recommended for traveling.
