לא הצלחתי להגיע ניסיתי לבטל את ההזמנה של הכרטיסים ולא הצלחתי האם יש סיבה לכך תודה רבה

מידע על התנאים להחזרת כרטיסי רכבת יצויין בכרטיסך בתחתית תחת קוד ה-QR "החזרת מסמך עלייה זה אפשרי לפני יציאת הרכבת.
בכל המקרים של החזרת מסמכי נסיעה, הנוסע משלם תשלום עבור שירותים (עמלה), למעט מקרים שנגרמו באשמת המוביל. כספים ששולמו עבור שירותים הקשורים להזמנת מקומות ומכירת מסמכי נסיעה אינם ניתנים להחזר, למעט מקרים בהם ההחזר נעשה בשל אשמת המוביל".
למרבה הצער, לא נרשמו פניות מוקדמות אלינו. במקרה זה, החזר כספי אינו אפשרי מכיוון שהנוסע לא הגיע לעלייה למטוס.

Punctual service. Nice and clean environment. Amazing achievement during war time with all the air rids sirens. The draw back is no station arriving announcements in English, a little difficult for international travelers.
