War sehr zufrieden mit der Fahrt.Nur das kein Wasser zum Händewaschen da war ist nicht Ansonsten wsr es super.
Very unsatisfied, almost missed my flight because of them, help desk is useless, many people of that day loose their flights because company sent all their 5 busses in one border, we supposed to arrive at 9 am in the morning. I ordered taxi to the border for 300 euros with 3 other passengers to not loose the flight. I had 8 h more to be sure we arrive on time. When I called to service desk they said they couldn't do anything.
