Great service .. even though we didn’t speak Russian we were able to understand schedule at station and get on right bus. Bus was clean, good wifii, toilets clean, drivers x 2 (again we did not speak Russian) however they helped us at border with what was needed in regard to customs and passport check.

At the bus station, it was a mess: four buses were leaving at the same time and nobody could tell me which one was my bus.
On board, the wifi connection didn't work at all.
The worst: we arrived three hours late (the control at the border between Russia and Estonia was very long: more or less 3 hours) and I don't understand why the company doesn't anticipate it when they communicate the schedules.
9 hours to go to Tallinn from St Petersbourg (370km) : I should have taken a flight!
