Everything was good but when we were at the Mestre there was not marked from which platform the buss will go. So we were waiting last minute on the wrong platform till we saw the bus

Pessimo servizio con creazione di disagio!!

Avevo una prenotazione con partenza Torino lingotto e destinazione Milano Malpensa. Il pull man doveva passare alle 6.15 am. Io sono arrivato sul punto indicato dal biglietto alle 5.50.

Il pullman non è mai passato!! Ho aspettato fino alle 6.40.

Ho provato a chiamare i vari numeri mi hanno risposto da centralini ucraini credo, che non parlavano inglese. Ho provato a contattare uffici italiani ma il nulla.

In conclusione ho dovuto svegliare un conoscente di emergenza per farmi portare in macchina in aeroporto. Per poco non perdevo l'aereo. Grazie del servizio.

I bought a ticket from Malpensa Airport T1 to Torino at 19.30. According to ticket, the route was operated by Terravision, but when I asked the Terravision employees about the bus, they pointed me to a Flibco bus stop. My bus never came, so I had to purchase an alternative transporation. I waited much past the scheduled time, but the bus didn’t arrive and there was no one else waiting for the bus to Torino. When I went to ask about my ticket from a Terravision enployee, he did not want to answer me at all. It seems that the bus ticket that I bought did not exist, because in the Flibco schedule on the airport there was no route leaving at 19.30.

I bought a ticket online for 8:00 pm. When I got to the bus they said that there’s not enough of people and we have to wait another 5 minutes. I asked again but didn’t get any updates for 15 minutes until I heard them telling someone in Italian that the bus is leaving at 8:30. Both the driver and the service person just kept saying wait and refused to give any further information. Once on the bus one of the passengers that took the wrong bus started arguing with the driver to allow him to get off. Since the driver refused to open the doors the man started grabbing the drivers steering wheel and even attempted to sit on his lap. Despite the passenger’s dangerous and obsessive behavior the driver and the management of the bus decided to keep the passenger on the bus and call the police as they had to follow the rules by the book. We were still in the city and letting the passenger out would have been safe. This decision could have put the other passengers at risk, eventually caused an hour plus delay and had several people possibly missing their flights. I had trouble with checking into my hotel since I arrived at 11 instead of the agreed 9:30.

Perfect! We took the bus from Milano Centrale to Bergamo Airport and back. The bus was on time, pretty easy to find and the bus itself was clean and airconditioned.
