Reservation without the possibility to choose a seat

There are 2 types of ticket bookings available with INFOBUS:
⇒ With seat selection — when you can choose your seat on the bus while purchasing the ticket.
⇒ Without seat selection — when you simply indicate the number of passengers traveling in a specific direction.
This often raises a question: what does it mean if a seat isn’t assigned?
It’s simple:
- The carrier provides INFOBUS with a quota of seats, not specific seat numbers.
- The carrier’s fleet includes buses of different capacities. The choice of bus depends on the number of tickets sold.
- Seats are allocated shortly before the trip, usually the day before departure.
How can you find out your seat?
If you purchased your ticket on the INFOBUS website or app, contact customer support 1–3 days before your trip, and they’ll inform you of your seat number.
If you don’t contact support, the driver will assign your seat during boarding.
Important: Even without an assigned seat, your ticket is 100% valid, and the carrier cannot refuse your boarding.
