No ticket - no insurance contract
A bus ticket is more than just a document that entitles you to travel.
What else does a ticket do, we tell you.
1. The ticket is a contract of insurance for the life and health of the passenger.
In the event of force majeure, it is proof that you are a passenger on the bus and that you can count on medical insurance if you are injured or damaged during the trip. Also, if your luggage was damaged, many carriers have an insurance policy to cover this.
2. The ticket is proof of your payment
If your flight is canceled or the bus breaks down and you need to make additional expenses to get to your destination, the ticket is grounds for reimbursement of the amount spent. We recommend that you keep it with you. Demand a ticket from the carrier if he refuses to give it to you. Both paper and electronic versions are fine.
3. The Ticket is your identification
All tickets are name tickets, so in case of emergencies, it is the ticket that proves your identity.
May all your travels be peaceful and pleasant!
