Given the fact that you were seating on Seat N53, we confident sure that You and your "new" friends Thomas Herzog and Mrs. Tertyshna will undertake everything in order to give us a negative note.

Nevertheless - Bus is Built 2019 - Setra 517HD - this means the bus is equipped with climate control - climatronic - which cannot be shut up. Beside that You always had the possibility to contact the drivers and ask them to check the temperature. Not doing this and after that complaining is really off the line.

By buying ticket on Infobus - you agree to the general conditions - that fact that you did not take your time and read them, is really NOT our problem - it is well comunicated that we define where each passanger seats and it doesnt matter WHEN the ticket is bought.

Scrambles on the floor - we expect that the passengers keep clean. Any scrambles and rubbish can not be tolerated

And last but not least - as we suspect that You are really doing this under influence of the Mr. Herzog - please inform us about your legal adress in Austria, so that our lawyera can undertake legal actions in order to settle this.

Dear Sirs, you asked to rate the trip and comment it. I did it without anybody's influence and have no idea who Mr. Herzog is. I expressed only my personal impressions about the trip. The crambles were not at all my problem abd i agree the passengers should be more careful about their stuff, i was confused by thecdrivers reaction and the manner he addressed to all the passengers as if all were responsible for the rubbish they didn't cause. That was inappropriate to me . So here i summarised my impressions i experienced this time but as i menTioned before the other trips were different in a positive way. I hope my feedback is considered only as a chance to improve but not to initiate a conflict.

You are well aware who the mentioned people are - as You were sitting next to them for almost 10-12 hours.

Once again - when You start with a lie - I cite " The bus was old"! - it is hardly to believe the rest of written. Actually You have used our service only ONCE in the past and for a round trip in August 2023. It is funny and strange in the same time, how can You be capable of comparing our service when using it only once form such a long period of time.... So - we can see this as a second lie your sides!

Your comment cannot be considered as attempt to recommend improvement as it is not responding to the real fact.

As we said - we are still awaiting your legal address so that You be contacted from our legal representatives... Have a nice day!

Dear sirs, i see no sense in our communication and would never accept been blamed in lie. Moreover i have no intention to explain the fact that people normally do not exchange personal information when travelling . I really hoped my feedback would be useful but as i can see it is not. Best regards

As mentioned we will not leave this case so and are still waiting for Your legal address to officially have the possibility to contact You!

As said - You lied several times during this conversation - and we can proove this. Nevertheless You are trying further to represent Your lies as a "constructive feedback". We can and will not accept this - so now You will have to go all the way to the end!
