Please indicate what difficulties did you faced when searching for departure place?
We see ther is a map in your ticket. By clicking on it, the user opens a Google map with the location of the landing. Also wthis map is placed on web in aditional information about the route.
Also please indicate whether you called the carrier using the contacts on the ticket, or contacted us before departure, when you could not find the correct place of departure?
