Union Ivkoni - Unibus

The bus in the beginning was more than 6 hours late but the delay raised until 8.20 hours during the trip. I arrived to Brussels in the middle of the night and there wasn't any public transport I could take.

The drivers spoke in English very little but were kind. The toilet in the bus was closed all the time and the bus inside was quite dirty

Moreover it was hard for me to find the right place in Bratislava where the bus stops because there is no sign indicating it. You need to verify it very carefully on the map they send you.

HORRIBLE. The bus was 3 hours late, and then the driver is the worst driver i ve ever seen.

I've got 2.15 h delay.

No electric sockets near the seats

I strongly DON'T recommend this company!

Don't travel with them!!

Ps: the lady at the office in Salonic was nice and helpful

Trip from Salonic to Bucharest through Sofia on the 22th September:

•bus was two hours late because of some technical issue that was not fixed

•bus got worse on the way, smoke coming out of the back - the breaks and some belt were gone

•drivers were joking while not communicating properly what was happening and what to expect

•we waited for 1.5h on the highway for another bus from Salonic to pick us up.

•in Sofia, at 2 am, they changed the bus again - so we had to wait for another 40 min

•the drivers had a bad attitude towards the travellers, by making fun of them, answering ironically, not taking them to the airport and finding all kind of shortcuts.

I really don't understand How this company can still EXIST!

The trip was on time and enough information was given about the departure point. My only issue is the innacuracy of the destintion in the website. I booked a ticket for Sofia Airport but the guy at the front desk informed that this particular bus only stopped at the centrail train/bus station and I would need to take the metro. Nonetheless, I was on time but I believe the destination has to be correct for someone wanting to catch a flight.

I had a great experience with Union Ivkoni! But was clean, AC was working fine, the only thing is that I felt so cozy I slept most of the ride 😅

The bus arrived 2h50min late. Someone was able to help me by email but sometimes took a while to answer. Rules not enforced(people smoking, shouting and listening to music loudly). People were nice and bus driver too. Overall good experience except the super big delay.

The bus is defective, very cranky. I almost got electrocuted by accidentally touching a live wires under 110V. Because the baggage shelf had a neon lamp, which was open (non operational) and there were electric wires exposed. Not safe.
