Terrible, just terrible.
First driver and carrier, starting in Dnipro, were good. But in the middle of the trip all passengers had to change carrier. In a much too small one. Half of the passengers had to stay for four hours. Near in touch to each other, at 35 degrees in the summer!
The driver was unpolite, denied any pause for toilet...and was even sreaming with passengers, when a woman said, she has urgent go to toilet.
